Nature of inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an order or a binding offer. A binding contract is formed only when a written quotation has been accepted and the agreed payment terms have been met.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the document. Prices are subject to raw material availability.

Payment and delivery

Payment terms are specified on each quotation. Lead times are estimates and begin after the order confirmation and deposit receipt.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods delivered. Product liability claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
