How is the wholesale price calculated?
Your price is the most favourable of three levels: a price set specifically for your company, a price for your customer group, or the standard wholesale price of the product. The applicable one is shown automatically on the product page.
Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and the packaging option. It is shown next to the wholesale price on each product page.
Samples
Are samples free?
Yes. Samples are free of charge, but shipping is paid by the customer. One sample per product per account.
OEM/ODM
What is the minimum quantity for private label production?
Private label runs typically start at 10,000 units per SKU. Smaller quantities can be discussed for capsule filling and repacking.
Shipping
Which Incoterms do you work with?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all available. The default on our quotations is FOB.
Quality
Do you provide a certificate of analysis for every batch?
Yes. A COA is issued for every production lot and is available to download from your account as soon as the lot is released.
